Welcome to GroupsApp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GroupsApp mobile application and website (collectively, the "App"), provided by Groups App Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

7. Parental Responsibility and Child Sub-Accounts
7.1 Accountability for Minor Users
Users of the Service who are under the age of 18 ("Minors") may only access the platform via a Child Sub-Account created and authorized by a verified parent or legal guardian ("Parent"). By creating a Child Sub-Account, the Parent represents and warrants that they are the legal parent or guardian of the minor and possess the legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms.
7.2 Financial and Operational Consent
The Parent assumes full legal and financial responsibility for all actions taken by the Child Sub-Account. This includes, but is not limited to:

The Parent acknowledges and agrees that when a Child Sub-Account requests to join or joins a group, the Group Administrator will be able to see the minor's name, age category, and the Parent's contact details. This data sharing is strictly executed for safeguarding and organizational compliance purposes.
